He was very kind and professional
Formal complaint filed with the Florida Board of Dentistry, advised to do so by University of Florida dentists when they saw the situation. I hope he loses his license. Dr Gorfein is rude, unprofessional and worst of all takes your money, but cancels the appointment when the work is to be completed. I am thankful I never let him do the work he prescribed, it would have been the worst thing for me according to real professionals evaluating my circumstances after the fact.
