This guy David has no clue on what he is doing, absolutely do not use him. I bought my house in 2014 and had an appraisal done. Then I did some some work to it in 2018, had an appraisal done. Needless to say my home value increased by 35 percent. In 2022 I have David appraisal my home and it came back less then when I bought it in 2014. Now a new appraisal 2024 value has double my home value from its original 2014 value.

This guy has no idea what he is doing. Lowers appraisal of my home by $8,500 even though my home is clearly nicer than the only other legitimate comp. Additionally, he uses other comps that are not relatively close to the condition of mine. When you question him he couldn't explain any rationale on his decision making process and hides behind his bank client. This guy was in my home for less than 5 minutes (he's on my Ring doorbell). What a clown.
