Terrible customer service. Rude and inconsiderate. Do not shop here. Go to Trailers plus in Dunn. Better quality and better customer service
Purchased a New Homesteader Dump Trailer and a New Quality Cargo trailer. Mr Jackson Gore took care of paperwork and had the two trailers brought from their Lot to the shop to prep for delivery. I showed up the next day trailers were clean and in front of office when I got there. Mr Will Gore took care of delivery paperwork along with all paperwork for DMV. He helped hooking up trailer. Very pleased and would highly recommend anyone looking for a Dump,Cargo,utility,Flatbed and Horse Trailers to visit their location.

I just bought a used Gore trailer and I want to commend thier customer service. They actually answer the phone and you talk to a person! I needed some information on the 2002 Gore bumper I bought from someone, not from them directly, and they listened to what I needed, helped me find a way to identify my trailer, then were able to research and get me the information. They were friendly and professional! I just had to share my positive experience.
