It is my favorite restaurant!
After reading raving reviews online, we chose to try it out while visiting Spokane for a gymnastics competition. This is some real deal Chinese, not the over-seasoned, over-garlicky Americanized Chinese food. We had the handmade (even the skins) jiaozi dumplings -- excellent! Between the 3 of us we ordered and shared the smoked pork noodles, Hunan beef and Gan Pung chicken -- all excellent! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu.
