Pasta and pizza are excellent. They would get 5 stars, except for the french bread, needs to be good crunchy french bread, not soggy, and real butter with real garlic. Also salads lack filling, 90 % letuce.
If you want a really good pizza and don't mind paying a little more than the fast food pizza places, this is the place to go! Delicious! Service with a smile every time! 🤗🍕
There wasn't much Italian about this place, the atmosphere was basic and cheap, the food tasted like it was a TV dinner (fettuccine Alfredo) Pop music playing loudly over football on tv. By 8:30 the busser had came and set her tub of dirty dishes on our table!! While we were still eating! I've honestly never seen such rude service. Would NOT recommend.
The only thing I've had at Gordy's is the jumbo meat ravioli with meat sauce. I thought for sure the amount (served to go with garlic bread that was perfect - not too buttery or garlicky but a nice balance of each) would leave me with two meals but the first time I had it, I just couldn't stop eating it! Signif. other has had the pizza and said it's very, very good. "Normal" days, the ravioli is a two meal dish, especially for lunch (can't nap after eating as I have to work!).
