Horrible Customer Service - I purchased an oil change punch card for this business. On the card it states that Appointments Required for servicing. I called to make an appointment and was told that they don’t make appointments and I would just need to show up before 10:00 am see if they had the time to change the oil. I show up at the place and they say that all the bays are full and can I leave my car for 2 hours to get the oil changed. I don’t think so. My time is more valuable than theirs. I have been going to and recommending Gordy Tire for 20 years now. Haven't been in a while until today, when I took a vehicle in for an alignment. Same top quality service I've been getting for years. Roy (the "tall Caucasian man" someone else mentioned) is one of the best service managers I've ever come across. A+++++
THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE – There is not enough room here to list all of the ways that these guys are terrible so I will put it like this; getting your car repaired over the last 30 years has changed alot for the better in most cases. NOT WILLING TO ADMIT THEY MESSED UP – I went to get an oil change and left with a broken hood latch and brake sensor. My car didn't have any problems before I took it in... now it's going to cost me over $250 to fix it all. But, it's not their problem or fault they say. After changing the oil and replacing a headlight bulb, the guys had trouble closing the hood (I never had a problem before). They said they'd been trying to get it shut for about 15 minutes. Trustworthy and resonably priced – I absolutely love this place! My mother, both of my sisters and I all take our cars here. I never get the "girl price" for anything like I have at other mechanics. They are really helpful if you need to maintain a car on a budget ( In addition to being fairly priced, they are honest and straight forward about what needs to be fixed now and what can wait and for how long ).
