I live under a women who has 3 kids,who runs jumping slamming doors all night long...kids are throwing things out the window....and brought bugs .She also has men running in and out all night long.
Never live in the Walnut River Apartments in El Dorado, KS. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy: the tubs and toilets had dirty rings, the garbage disposal had broken glass in it, the counters had crumbs on them, the walls were dingy and the floor looked like it had been shampooed with dirty water, but without vacuuming first. They are full of mold which they will blame on you. Make sure you check around furnaces for mold and water damage. They will take months to fix locks on sliding glass doors.
