I specialize in Alternative and large format processes and Photography, I like being able to buy some of those supplies locally, with generally speaking staff that is knowledgeable about the products, and answer to the best of their ability. while I understand that there are very few people today who've ever been in a darkroom, with the market being limited Gordon's does still carry some limited supplies.

I'll give 5 stars for Gordon and the lady that works there might be his wife idk but they both are really nice and helpfull! Prices are great on prints and equipment. Now on to the bad i give the rest of his staff a -1 when they are not present they are rude and unhelpfull!! Then when trying to get info over the phone they make up lies ie oh not sure or gordan is out of the store ask him when he comes back. Just call and you will see what im talking about! It's hard to find a good camera store these days! With everything online solid advice is hard to come by. If you are looking for great advise, solid service and knowledgable people this is the best place in the Reno area by far!!! Yea you might save a few bucks on line, but you are losing out on knowledge and keeping our local economy striving. Dan was beyond helpful and Gordon's having employees like that is what shopping local is all about, I will continue to shop and buy my equipment form Gordon's.

Gordon's has been THE place for photography in Reno since 1989. It's the best store, with no one a close second. Come visit and talk to any of their very knowledgable staff. They back up their sales with SERVICE, that's why I buy all my equipment there. Make sure you join the "club" for extra discounts!

My favorite place in Reno for camera equipment and prints. The employees are always happy and helpful!
