I ordered a piece of jewelry that had to be special ordered. I paid it in full and it took five weeks for it to come in. Went to pick it up and it was the wrong size. I was told it was going to be reordered and a rush out on it. It has now been three more weeks and it's still not in. The customer service is horrible as the manager was to call me back and didn't do it until I called customer service.
