My husband got my wedding ring from here. First they tell him it will be here before the wedding ... month later we call the day before the wedding they tell us some story and tell us it will be in any day.. fast forward 3 more weeks they call us tell us ring is in finally ! I go to pick it up and the lady tells me we have no record of a ring order I’m sorry call tomorrow the ‘’morning crew knows more” ... no help nothing will never buy from them again !! Terrible customer crevice.
TERRIBLE customer service. I have never experienced such careless service. Will not be going here ever again.
