Customer Service/Lies and Deceit Ordered a piece of jewelry for my son's birthday onine. Paid for and received an email it would be shipped within three to five business days. Do not waste your time calling customer service, because they are not professional, and they make excuses. As of seven days later, my order has not even shipped. Terrible service My fiance went in one Sunday and picked out and purchased a wedding ring. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we left it with them for resizing. When we went to pick it up the service turned terrible. The guy helping us was more than rude and was too busy talking to another employee to help us. when I spoke up he just looked at me and was like "what!". Gordon Jewlers I have used Gordon Jewlers for years now. From Ann Arbor Michigan to Corpus Christi Tex. to Glendale AZ. The quallity & priceing of the product remain a step above the rest !
