This is the most ridiculous store I've ever dealt with. I paid good money for a ring to be lied to multiple times about the time it will take to come back from being sized. I waited over a month for the ring to come back only to get it back the WRONG size, scratched and scuffed up, diamonds missing, and the band bent to hell. What can they do to make this right?
