I ordered a watch online. The store kept telling me it didn't come in and would not help me find out any information about where it was. Customer Service is an hour wait on hold and outsourced to India. Finally after two weeks of fighting with both I got someone to get off their lazy butt and check into it. After several trips to the store and more than 6 hours on the phone, on Dec. 18th they say it delivered to the store on Dec. 6th but the store says it didn't. The service was excellent! The sales lady went out of her way to make sure we got the exact rings that we wanted on the date that we wanted them!
