I really wanted to support a local business, but Gordon’s Copy Print made that impossible. The staff here are incredibly slow and the pricing is unreasonable. They wanted to charge me a $45 setup fee just to print business cards — on top of the cost of the cards themselves. For comparison, I got 100 cards printed at a nearby office store for $17 with no setup fee. Their online order system also badly needs work. I placed an order and never received a confirmation email. Poor customer service, price quoted was not what was given, poor quality on part of my order resulting to where it wasn't available for my event. When I returned to figure out what happened on my order, I was given excuses including being told that the employee got in trouble for doing my order the way it was done. If there was an option to give zero stars I absolutely would! I was there for an hour trying to print three pages and the girl Kylee who was helping me couldn't figure it out for the entire hour. Halfway through she made a phone call to her fellow high school friend and was on the phone for the rest of the time I was there.
