Today, I received both a great and not so great experience from the print shop. I called and spoke with someone twice today about the labels needing to be re printed. They confirmed they would get them done and call me back when they were ready for pick up. I waited as long as I could before closing to not be a pain in the butt to call and ask if they were printed and ready for pick up. Took some cards over here to get laminated. She called me to tell me that they were done asked me if I want her to cut them. I told her NO CUT. I will cut them myself. Got there to pick it up just to find out that she went ahead head and cut them. First she told me that she went ahead and cut them to make it easier. When a customer says NO CUT I guess that means go ahead. I will not be going back to this location. Especially if I need anything laminated. She cut them way to close. I have been using this place for over a decade. They have always been so helpful. I did have a problem with printing some legal paperwork. The staff really did try their best but it wouldn't print correctly. Today I went in and got Ian, he figured out it was an Adobe problem and found a way around it. Shout out to Ian for helping me with this issue.
