Always friendly and helpful employees. When they make a mistake they don't charge for a reprint.
Today, I received both a great and not so great experience from the print shop. I called and spoke with someone twice today about the labels needing to be re printed. They confirmed they would get them done and call me back when they were ready for pick up. I waited as long as I could before closing to not be a pain in the butt to call and ask if they were printed and ready for pick up.
