DO NOT use this jeweler. We orders a bridal set almost 7 weeks ago. I called last week and was told everything was fine. Husband called Monday and was told they where not ordered because they don't use that vendor. Our 11th anniversary is Friday and now we have no rings.

Iv had nothing but problems with zales finally got zales to let me do a trade in with my ring and transfer it to Gordon's found my ring I loved and no problems what so ever with my ring but every time I got it cleaned at zales a diamond would pop out causing me to have to get it fixed I will no longer be going to a zales what so ever they can't do nothing right there, there employees and even mangers are not trained correctly! I love Gordon's!!!

Came in on Friday night, girlfriend picked out the wedding ring she wanted, a new service person quoted me a price of $2187 after all discounts. I did not want to buy the ring in front of my girlfriend, I told him (Jeff) I would be back & he handed me his card. I returned on Sunday 9/24/17 and they said the best they could do was $3400 because he was new and miss quoted me a price. Mistake or not, you honor what you quote. VERY BAD SERVICE!

The Store manager Jeremy was very knowledgable, honest, and helpful. He truly cares about his customer and will definitely do what he says! I can't recommend this location enough, we will certainly be back! Jeremy always led us in the right direction, and was honest with everything he said!
