Ian came out and changed my filter. But he did so much more! I feel totally educated on how the system works now and I can do some of the maintenance myself. He took so much time to explain how everything works and check that things were in working order. Thank you so much Ian!

He is a really good representative of a really good company. The iron remover worked immediately upon turning the water on.
