Today I had an AWESOME experience and disappointing experience both at the same time. I've been patronizing this business since 1993,they've always done quite well for me. Today I was greeted with a great team at the service desk and my 2026 Cascadia was taken in immediately, my employer had called ahead. Truck needed a new radiator at 56k miles. Disappointing! You ask for them to fix the problem and they just turn off the warning lights, TWICE!! Could definitely be better.
