I had a phone consultancy with this team through my CLC and never received a call during both my scheduled times. The second time I called in reference to the first appointment, I was told I was never put on the calendar correctly. The third time I called in reference to my second appointment, and I was told the same thing again by the same lady that scheduled my second appointment.
