Very professional medical care 👏
Phones are always busy, they take a 2 hr lunch, receptionists are rude, drs always on holidays, they rush and don't take the time to listen to you
The receptionist/administration assistant is kind and polite on the phone. The two nurse practitioners I've seen have been amazing, super sweet and take your questions and concerns seriously. It was easy to get into the after hours clinic for urgent issues and wait times for regular appointments are not as outrageous as previous doctors I've had. Love the ability to book online also. Note: I am a newer patient, so hopefully this review stands the test of time 🤞
