We owned a condo in Gordon Street Square (1878 Gordon Street) for a year and a half and it's a great building. Loved the layout of our condo, lots of room with a huge Terrace and Balcony. I have to say there were a lot of dogs in the building and trying to get them to do their business on the "pee pad" didn't always work. The people that lived there were super nice and we still keep in touch with many of them. Most renters were awesome but you could tell some didn't care because they didn't own their unit. Beautiful building but Shirley, the building manager, is a horrible, miserable lady. All she does is look in the cameras all day, you feel like you have to tip toe around the building you are paying top dollar for. I’ve spoken to several other tenants about her, they all agree. Tricar would definitely benefit from getting rid of her.
