What a great store with great people. We went in to purchase a new rug and never felt pressured to buy anything but service was top notch. We needed to get some samples and bring them home to test them out. We did that 3 different times and both Sue and Jeff didn't mind us doing so. We had so many questions and each time the answered us. They are very knowledgeable. We finally made up our mind and went in to make the purchase. Most important part of this comment is that I was not asked to make a comment. (As is often the case these days) I have just experienced some of the best "stand behind your product" service in my 40 odd years owning real estate in Newburyport. Jeff and the Gordon Rug crew is in the process of replacing 2,000 sf of product in the Tannery that was defective in compostion (not installation). No complaints, no nonsense....just a can do attitude about the best solution.....and no extra charges. So appreciate this.
Cannot speak more highly of our experience with Gordon Rugs. They were so helpful in helping us narrow down many options to the perfect choices. They even went out of their way to come measure on short notice to make sure our flooring was ordered and installed quickly in our new home. Jeff and Ellen were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our installers were professional, so skilled and stuck to the date and times we had planned. Thanks again, Gordon rugs!
Great experience from the day we walked in the door to the day of install. So many options and through all budget points. We love our choice and highly recommend Gordon Rug!
