Moving back to IL was already a lot to manage, and finding Gordon’s office took insurance stress off of the table! Between his communication and his office manager Donna’s help with a bit of a complicated situation with cars and college students, they made it easy to get back on track and keep us covered on the road! I highly recommend this office, having an agent and his trusted staff you can depend on makes everything so much more manageable in this digital world!
Just renewed and wish I hadn't. The secretary is one despicable person, I believe her name is Donna. She's rude, short tempered and illegally processes renewal payments 45 days in advance WITHOUT receiving permission from the owner of the account! What if I needed to additional coverage? What if I needed to cancel my coverage?! Donna needs a class on customer service skills or she needs to clearly find a position where she isn't working with the public. I will not be renewing next year with this company.
Knowledgeable and quick
Requested a quote online and was quoted $115/ month and when I called up Donna quoted me $215/ month. Upon letting her know about this she immediately started replying with rude answers. After I politely let her know I wasn’t interested she quickly hung up.
I have been with Gordon for 27 years. The guy is a straight shooter.
