I called and spoke to someone about becoming a patient. Unfortunately, the entire conversation was focused on explaining the fees rather than answering my actual questions. From what I understood, they charge $1,000 per hour for everything—including phone calls. For example, a 15-minute call to ask a question would cost $250.
