Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I got referred here by West Point because they were low staffed on hygienists. The referral West Point sent over had my ACN (appointment control number) that is associated with my insurance. This office wasn’t able to look up my coverage and let me know. No problem, I confirmed everything was approved and the ACN was good to go. I called and left a voicemail to this office on Friday around 1pm to provide my ACN and explain United Concordia confirmed. The worst experience I have ever had to make an appointment. And if you got there a few minutes late they charge you a extra fee and don't let you in
Dr Maltz is awesome. Visits are always positive. Highly recommended.
