The office staff is very nice to speak to but if you want Mr. Long to call you be prepared to wait for weeks. Even though I was assured by the office a return call would happen, it was weeks later. If a business is that busy, be truthful and tell would be customers no instead of having them out to dry. I would never recommend this company. It's an absolute joke. Stear clear.
This was our first time selling a house and Richard made it so simple for us. He went above and beyond to help us sell our property. Was in constant contact and made sure we understood everything that was happening. Will absolutely use again when we are ready to purchase our next home.
