Very disappointed. There are a group of excellent workers that are being brought down by others that are there because it is a job. The sad part is the ones that don't care are running the ship. I am concern for the patients in their care. I notice the patients that need little assistance seem to be well liked but the ones that truely need their help are considered a chore. What a nightmare! The Charge Nurse at night is a crazy Indian woman who can barely speak English. When you try to get any kind of info. from her she knows nothing and when you try to get her to take accountability for anything she plays dumb and talks in circles I have never seen such incompetence in my life! But one thing I do know she cares about is her shiny black Lexus in the parking lot. At night she moves it to the handicapped spot in front of the side entrance. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long
