Time appointment started right on time. The hygienist was skilled and didn't hit my gums once. How ever…. Customer service starts when there is a problem.. there is a problem it’s my position that the dentist chipped my front tooth… when i mentioned it. They said that was like that. Then she drilled on 2 cavities and turned them into crowns. Which she did not fill. Well they then proceeded to break. And tear up my tongue. I complained they did a half hearted look at my teeth and claimed to have no responsibility, my insuranc... read more
Not really happy at this time . Had a tooth pulled in September of 2025. Roots left.... very sensitive area. Went back in January 2026, then, the dentist found other issues with my teeth.... that need work.. I can't afford dental services!
Everyone was very welcome and explained everything very well. I will most definitely be referring Rio Minbres Family Dental & Oral Surgery.
