Use to love Dr Kinzler. Went to him for years. Had to reschedule my yearly appointment due to transitoning to Medicare and supplement. When I called back 2 weeks later to reschedule, the rude receptionist said she had no record of me in their system. She said she would call back, but didn't. I called back numerous times. I have been seeing Dr. Kinzler for over 5 years now. He is very personable and follows up after procedures personally to ensure you are doing OK and not having issues which is appreciated and shows he cares.
Tried to make appointment The lady was so rude! What is your insurance? Put me on hold hung up on me. Never called back I left messages no response. I'll NEVER go there
Dr. Kinzler is on his game 100%. He is extremely thorough addressing all relevant concerns.
