My friend had ordered me flowers for my birthday but I never received them. I called on Monday, 10/20 at 3:13pm left a message and still have yet to receive a call back. My friend also tried to get them to come back out to deliver but never did they come out. Reading the reviews it seems like it's a common issue.
I received these flowers on my Birthday October 8th and could not believe that any florist would allow something like this to be delivered. Half of them were dead and they looked like the work of a small child. The worst part was the sentiments in the card compared me to flowers.

I placed an order and the colors were wrong, my fault I’m colorblind, but I called In after hours and someone answered the phone and was more than helpful in changing my order for the next morning. The flowers that were delivered were perfect, service was great as well.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered an arrangement from Teleflora and this is the company who they chose to fulfill my order. Well I really wish they would not have. I paid extra for the arrangement to be delivered by 1pm. Also I provided a tip to the driver not even knowing who it was just being generous.
