Amazing service! Same day crown fixing and really nice facility. They even let you take a nap!
I used to go to this dental office and I really loved the clinic and their service. However, today, the woman I spoke with completely turned me off. October 1, 2025 - 3:30pm appointment : I forgot about my appointment and didn’t see their reminder message right away. My appointment was at 3:30 pm, and they sent me a message at 2:49 pm, which I didn’t see immediately since I was busy with my 3-year-old daughter. I am terrified of the dentist and have avoided going for years. Predictably, I had some issues as a result that needed to be addressed, including a piece of one of my lower teeth that had chipped away and caused my gumline to recede, which was painful. Everyone at Gordon Family was so kind and understanding about how anxious I was and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and walked me through each process.
