DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKS! I strongly advise caution when considering this dealership. My family and I purchased a car that failed to start the day after we brought it home. When we reported the issue, we were told the battery would be replaced for $250, but later learned the car still would not start, and the cause was unknown. Unfortunately, there is a culture of inflating services beyond what the automobile truly needs. Overcharging for services is the norm. Something is always wrong with your automobile and you need additional services. And gullible customers are taken advantage of.
Managers are shady and rude. Stay far away from this dealership.
Had a terrible experience at Days Chevrolet in Acworth, Ga. The salesman Jeff gave us a price on our trade in, and agreed to a final sales price which was on their website (and I have pictures of it)... which was lowered even more by the Costco discount....so we agreed on the phone just 30 minutes before we got there...but after test driving it, he sat us down and said, the price on their website was a mistake and he would not honor it...we would have to pay 2000.00 more!....so of course we left and will never buy a vehicle... read more
