The food is hot and fresh. Waygu burger is an A+!!

I ordered their Sirloin Medium and it showed up well done I sent it back for a redo and the next steak showed up rare?!?!? How hard is it to cook a good steak.....in New Orleans of all places?!?!???!
If you want a burger that tastes like Burger King... and looks like it... this is your place! But you pay $15... absolutely ridiculous
