I was with a small group of friends who had rented a little beach cottage for a week, and we had dinner here the evening after I arrived. It was a little too noisy for my taste, being a big boxy space with lots of hard surfaces. Some acoustic baffling would work wonders. But the food and service were quite good. The "Gastropub Burger" that I had was amazing and well worth the $12 ... especially since it included a mess of really great garlic fries.
Our waiter, Ryan, was excellent! I had the Ahi Tuna Steak and my husband had Cajun Pasta. Both were superb. We had the Bread Pudding for dessert, Yummy! We'll be returning next year for sure.
We loved it so much we had to go back within the same week. GB is now a must go to on our vacation at Myrtle Beach. We recommended GB to our friends and they met up with us. They loved it also. Great atmosphere and a good variety of beer. My new favorite beer there is the German Hefeweizen. I highly recommend everyone try it out.
My experience was horrible, had to leave our waitress dropped menus off and 15 minutes later still hadn't come to take our drink order at least. So we left and went to soho' , and had great service and great food! Guess everything happens for a reason. Don't know if we'll be back.

The food was excellent, service was great and enjoyed the atmosphere but the restroom was worse than an old gas station.
Excellent food, service, atmosphere...Everything! We are locals, we go often. Never dissapointed.
