Went last night around 6ish and ordered tea and food(had a BOGO coupon)...while drinking tea and waiting on food,noticed something floating in my tea,looked like a small caterpillar worm. Server noticed me looking at it,took it and apologized and showed it to manager(wife was watching) and brought me another tea. Server was great,food was good as always but had to give 2 stars because manager didn't't come over to acknowledge or apologize for the tea. Could have shown SOME concern for the customer!!!!

Very slow service. Waited 1 hour 10 mins for a burger and chicken sandwich on a Tuesday night. Really?? Manager gave us a free dessert to go, but still didn’t make up for the ridiculous wait. With tourism season about to kick into full swing here they better get their act together.
