I always have a good meal there. Wait staff are great as well as the BEER!
Great beers, ambiance and food. Try the tostada they were delicious.
Looved the beer. Food however, wasn't special. With the name and beers one would assume their German fare would star, however everyone was eating fish tacos. I'm sure those are good, but at 15-20 a plate I expected all our dishes to be good. The burger was very plain and ordinary and did nothing to make the kobe wagyu beef shine. The lobster and crab Mac n cheese was more butter than cheese and was actually quite bland. I mean I'm sure the tacos are good but not what we expected from our visit.
We were excited to try this place. We disappointed.
Our first visit to Gordon Biersch in Bolingbrook and we were impressed! Excellent customer service, food was fabulous and the samples (whether it was soup or beer) make decisions so much easier. My teenage son said it was the "best cheeseburger I ever had." Garlic fries were good as were my Gorgonzola Ribeye Steak & sides (spatzel w/ mushrooms & seasonal veggies). Always love my dinners at Gordon Biersch! Had the the Blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich and a Winter Bock. Awesome!
Been here a few times enjoy the beers Food could be improved slightly Had Calamari which was extremely chewy
Started my visit with a very tasty Bloody served up by a very personable Danielle . Absolutely devoured my first veggie burger ( gonna get lean in 2017 ) and will return !!
I really liked the beer and the meal was excellent not something I can afford on a regular basis though. The waitstaff was excellent I recommend the chicken schnitzel tasty.
