Can I leave zero stars? I would strongly recommend not using this company for your appraisal. If you get them from your mortgage company, ask for a differnent one. We refinanced our home about 2 years ago to get a lower interest rate. We had the home appraised the prior year for our initial mortgage, so we knew about what the appraisal would come in at. Mr. Gordon provided excellent value for his services. He not only provides a great appraisal product, he takes the time to make sure you understand the methodology and reason for his his appraisal numbers. He is a person of high integrity. He was not the lowest or highest of the appraisals I had received, he was right in the middle and defined Fair Market Value. Mr. Gordon is someone who cares about his work and I reccomend him highly for anyone who want a honest, accurate, appraisal.
