Had a very frustrating experience with the ENT specialist - Dr Scott Durham. He does NOT care about anything at all. He told me he doesn’t know why I’m having a pain an he can’t help me. If you don’t want to be a doctor, just stay at home! I will see a second specialist and will prove he was wrong. I sincerely hope karma will reach him and when he has a problem, nobody will treat him or help him. He was also quite rude - told me to leave his cabinet saying he doesn’t know and can’t help. Took the day off work. Took a Uber to appointment cost $120 return. Got there early for appointment Had it canceled by surgeon. Cancelations should not be a option.

I am requesting a written explanation(s) as to the delinquent, unprofessional conduct by Lydia Zielke from Dr Greidanus's office. Over the past 5 years upon dealing with her she continues to demonstrate irresponsible and unaccountable behavior. The latest being unresponsive to my 2 emails for over 3 weeks, an unacceptable time frame. She habitually capitalizise's all her letters in emails, misinforms and has no professional standards. The above noted is just one instance of her delinquency, she should be ashamed of herself.
