Frank was my technician who came for a Sunday emergency call at 9pm. He was cheerful, polite, professional, careful, quick, clean and thorough. He was the kind of person you enjoy interacting with and it was a pleasure to meet him.
Frank did a great job!! He is an excellent representative of Gordon Air; We will be breathing clean air!! Gordon Air that is!!! Frank was unaffected by the late hour of his call to our house and was amazing throughout. Now that the “heating” element is no longer engage during a “Cooling” cycle, we expect to see some improvement in our electric bill from FPL!! Further more - I’d gladly make for him my famous Blueberry Load for a serving of his Mom’s Lasagna!! YEAAAAAAAA!! Thank you!! David

Can't believe how professional and conscientious Jacob, Nicholas, Stephen and Abel were on selling, installing, and showing us how to use the Lennox Signature products. Gordon's AC out of Crestview are top of the line and willing to go beyond your highest expectations. Fabulous job. Thank you all.
Frank was obviously unfamiliar witu our unit. He made several phone calls. At one point, the unit explicably wouldn't come on. However, as he was putting it back together, it somehow came on and he was able to note that the well pump was surging. Aɛparently we must remedy that issue with another service company before we can revisit our geothhermal unit and any potential problems there. Frank was very pleasant.
