Paid for additional 6 oil changes on our 2019 Nissan Munro when new. It got totaled in 2021. Bought a new Nissan Murano in 2021. They would not transfer any oil changes to the 2021. No refund either. They said they were not going to tranfet the oil changes because that policy expired. But in the service dept. computer it still listed all the 6 oil changes. The manager was not. We purchased a 5 year extended warranty from them when we purchased our 2017 Nissan Rogue from them in November 2017. Every time we took our vehicle in to have something fixed it wasn't covered under their warranty. We brought it in to have a front end alignment and it wasn't done properly, the tires continued to wear incorrectly but they said there was nothing they could do about that. I brought in my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder for brake service because I had a leak in the rear area of the vehicle. I had purchased the vehicle used from Boucher Nissan Greenfield about 5.5 years ago and have had all of my service done at their store for years.
