*Service Department* So as a loyal customer I've always used their "free" concierge car pick up and delivery services. I do agree that it is convenient service that they offer, due to my busy life schedule. However! I was not made aware that they would be using the Tollways for this "free" service! Since the move to their fancy new location, the service department here is now a complete circus act. The head clown is Belal Barakat the service manager, and it trickles down from there. I purchased my vehicle Certified Pre Owned from Boucher’s old location and purchased an additional extended “Platinum Wrap” warranty. I was told it covered everything. Everything.
