My mental health care was exacerbated rather than assisted by Margaret. She was terse and rude and was not willing to listen to what I felt was needed. She called me a sociopath, which inaccurate, and added to my already weakened self esteem. I brought an advocate with me, and she refused to see him aside from 5 minutes she offered at the end of my time with her. She did not listen to his assessment.
