I’ve had an excellent experience working with Gabby. She is always prompt in responding, which makes communication easy and efficient. Her knowledge and expertise are dependable. We can trust that any question or concern will be addressed accurately and thoughtfully. On top of that, she is pleasant and approachable personality makes every interaction a positive one. It is truly a pleasure to work with someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly attitude.
Property Manager Gabby Guenther and CEO Ryan Walker do not respond to emails. I received one response from Gabby regarding an amenity fob request and then never again. I have sent numerous emails to both of them with no response while they respond occasionally to other residents but most residents share the same experience of being ignored. One resident mentioned she has not been able to get a an amenity fob or a response from Go HOA for 2 years! Our handicapped father has been trapped in the 3rd floor apartment for days now with a broken elevator. He is due for surgery and the entire family flew in to spend time with him and they will not accommodate us if we can get him out of the building to stay somewhere else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
One of the worst property management companies! Cannot talk to anyone about a problem!
