Great HOA Management Co. Alexis was easy to talk to and resolved our issue quickly.
Poor communication, takes weeks for a response. Failed to pay a bill on time cuasing our street lights to be turned off.
This property MGMT company is the worst I've every experienced. If you belong to a community, looking for a responsive, effective company to get things done... look elsewhere. I know that our community will be replacing them as soon as possible. I've heard around town that other communities are having the same issues. This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. I would not recommend GO HOA Management specifically Gabby to anyone or any organization that respect the property that they pay for. Gabby's average response time is 10+ days and it typically takes 60+ days for any action to be taken. Our community went so far as to drive to the office to address our concerns face to face only to be met with eye rolls from office personnel who noted Gabby does not work outside of Monday from 10 - 2. They have refused to address/fix structural issues let alone monthly/yearly maintenance.
