Our handicapped father has been trapped in the 3rd floor apartment for days now with a broken elevator. He is due for surgery and the entire family flew in to spend time with him and they will not accommodate us if we can get him out of the building to stay somewhere else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
One of the worst property management companies! Cannot talk to anyone about a problem!
Great HOA Management Co. Alexis was easy to talk to and resolved our issue quickly.
Poor communication, takes weeks for a response. Failed to pay a bill on time cuasing our street lights to be turned off.
