Dr. Chandra is a wonderful doctor, who is compassionate, kind and listens carefully. She is very thorough in her treatment and a genius. Dr.Chandra is always reachable and very responsive during emergencies. My parents and I really appreciate all the care she and her staff (thank you Carmen) has given us over the years. We are very lucky to have Dr. Chandra as our PCP.
Dr. Gopika Chandra is really amazing. My rating is low because the scheduling team and front desk is too rude. Do they not get any training on how to talk to patients? They are short, they snap at people and they don't even listen. Are the lines not recorded and there are no surveys on the customer service. Terribly bad customer service. They should fire all this customer service that has no empathy. Unfortunately it reflects poorly on the doctor's team.
I started seeing Dr. Candra after my longtime primary physician retired from this practice. Dr. Chandra always takes time to listen and talks through with me anything I’m dealing with. During my last visit it was that I’m moving away soon, and she was reassuring with how to handle finding new providers and finding what I need healthwise. I’ll miss her!
We talked on the phone. I was asking about the results of my MRI. Also about my throat. Not being able to swallow certain foods.
