I have never had a worse experience in my life. I called Gophers because they were the authorized warranty repair shop for my generator. I brought the generator in on May 12th. They first told me that I bought a piece of sh*t generator and that I should of bought a Honda. I told them that I used the generator for about 4 hours and it wouldn't start anymore. Hey said they would look at it in a week or so. I called 2 weeks later and still hadn't looked at it. Again said the brand of my generator is crap. Called again in anothe... read more
This shop is the slowest in town takes 2 plus mnths to have anything done. He tells you 3-4 weeks which ends up twice as long. They dont return calls or even call to tell you the status of work being done or not. Not recommended for anyone.
