I couldn't be more disappointed in the way Gopher Irrigation handles their clients. I'm a little surprised they are still in business to be honest. My husband and I received a quote in early August for a sprinkler system at our home, signed the contract, and submitted our deposit. Closed down all our valves on our irrigation system last fall so the trapped frozen water had nowhere to go and had to replace this spring. Great customer service however and usually can get the job done in a timely manner

I needed better lawn coverage. They sent someone out that was very thorough and took the time to explain the options. He replaced a nozzle and riser to provide better coverage of our plants. He also explained where the sun was hitting our lawn throughout the day and advised to double the irrigation time for those three zones. They installed a new irrigation system for us late last fall. This spring, we had some issues after starting it up. They came out same day to fix everything. We will use them in the future!
