Dr. Gopal is excellent. She's caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. As a physician, I've worked with her as a colleague whom I consult on my patients. Also, when I need GI care, she's the only GI doctor that I trust, and I recommend her to all of my friends. She's the doctor that other doctors go to when they need care, which means she's one of the best!
Professional, thorough, efficient, and patient centered. Easy to make an appointment. Timely visits. Dr. Gopal has taken great care of my husband, answered all of his questions, discussed the treatment course and involved him in developing his plan of care.
Courtious, professional, knowledgeable, great doctor. Great staff, more than efficient receptionist.
Getting a refill on maintenance medicine is impossible. They have us use the patient portal, yet, it seems they never check it. On hold for 10 mins, twice,, to be pushed to VM, they never answer.
