Dr Goosens and his staff are amazing! I suffered from plantar fasciitis for years. A neighbor suggested Shockwave treatment from Dr. Goosens and I have my life back! Forever grateful!❤️
Extremely professional office staff, like stepping into a Rolls Royce. I was greeted by name, come with me and I will ask some questions. Dr. Goossens was personable, efficient, kind, knowledgeable. His instructions were very precise and emphatic. I couldn't believe how accurate his instructions were to buy the supplements at the pharmacy, which isle to go to etc. Totally a 5* experience. Starting today the treatments. Nice office decor also.
This doctor is very good
I would give it 0 starts if I could. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about being charged for missed appointments. Their Covid policy stated they don’t require 24 hours for this situation. they still charged me a cancellation fee and wouldn’t waive it. Staff are extremely rude and full of attitude and don’t care about patients at all. This place is just for the money unfortunately, I really don’t recommend . Go elsewhere, pretty much every other place in london is cheaper and has better service.
They tried to charge me 200$ for an apt cancellation less then 24 hours when infact it was 30 hours and I never cancelled I just changed it till my son was off so he didn’t need to miss highschool and was waiting on insurance to respond! 1500$ roughly to have my sons ingrown toenails removed what a joke. I call 4 other places and it was 900$ or under. Staff are full of attitude except one brunette she's awesome the only one that made my son feel comfortable Needless to say 0 stars is needed
