Seedy looking location, looks like it's on its way to becoming a junk yard. No trespassing sign was not easily visible, I arrived to see if any units were available and I was rudly confronted with "you're on camera you're trespassing." Well if you don't want people to see if there's units available in person maybe keep the gate closed and clean up the property. Man was very threatening and made me very uncomfortable. Don't waste your time the place is a dump. Looks nothing like the photos posted.

Love that this is right in Guilford handy to where I live. The property could b kept up better, if so I would give a higher rating!
