I would give this housing complex 0 if I could. my partner and I were driven out of our previous dwelling due to family issues and this was the only option at the time. we had another, The Amy (we should've taken it), it was brand new, amenities everywhere and cheaper. they keep upping the price of the laundry machines with no warning and no benefit to residents. the app youre forced into using is also extremely user un-friendly. at this point it would be cheaper and less of a hassle to drive up to vancouver and do laundry at my family's place

Was on the waitlist for a spot in the parking garage for over a year without hearing back from anyone. The constant change in management makes it hard to follow up with anyone consistently. After I got my spot, the leading office refused to give me a key fob that worked for both the garage and the main doors. One always worked for one but not the other and eventually the fob stopped working for everything all together. They also double booked my spot.
