This neighborhood is nice but the hoa is way too much and has one park that is horrible!!! And the hoa is way to picky about everything
6 months review: We have had what feels like problem after problem with our home: plumbing, cabinets, yard drainage, leaks, ect. The longer we are in the home the more we find. I feel like I am constantly waiting on someone from the warranty department to contact me back. When they do get back to you, you pretty much get to wait forever or get told that's not something we do anything about. I don't think the words warranty mean the same thing to them.
